You can make all these passwords the same if you like, but in the name of everything holy, do NOT re-use your domain name registration password!!! All other passwords and damage can be changed and undone. It would be better to give away your credit cards than to give out your domain name registration password, and make sure you don't forget it!

"Getting Started Guide" Coming Soon! With pictures, video, and audio instructions! Our intent is to cover everything you need to know, just to start web development. But until then, just ask!

Webmail is superior to POP/SMTP email clients because you can check it from anywhere. Once you turn it on in Plesk, you and your users can access their email though http://webmail.yourdomain.com. Once you create user email accounts and a default password, such as 123456, they can change it at will, once logged in to their webmail. "OR If you still use stone tools and knives... you cave people..." like email systems that must be installed on your computer and you can only access your email from that one compter, then go ahead and see how it's done in the Plesk tutorials here.

In the web sites you create, you can place links to these information pages, so you don't have to come back here and find it the hard way. For example: http://www.techselfhelp.com/client/yourdomain.org/.

Plesk Control panel: Warning: changes in here can be catastrophic! It is very important that you possess a strong understanding of DNS prior to making any DNS modifications. Be careful... and don't hessitate to ask before you make changes. Areas to be especially careful in include: "DNS" and "Delete hosting configuration." Improper DNS settings create improper web, mail, and ftp function.

Plesk Manual (Very Helpful): Created by the creators of Plesk. Plesk manual tutorials can be found in our "Self Help section", look for "Domain Managment, Plesk Control Panel: FREE Tutorials".

Basic Web Hosting Package: We sell the package with stated parameters, but if you ask, you will probably receive. For example, if you really need 55 email accounts, but have no use for buying an extra 50, just ask. If you are just a few MB short of having all the space your website needs, just ask. If you wish you could do something in particular with your web site, but don't know how to make it a reality, just ask!

Tech support for web hosting customers is FREE here. Always include your web hosting Client ID.
Don't sweat anything, just ask!
